They say the best gift to give is one you'd give yourself. (That's how celtmanx ended up with an expresso maker 3-years before I got my own.) Most of these avatars were from pictures I've been collecting for myself, for some future date. A couple are quite new, the majority I've been saving for awhile. One is a personalized version of an old favorite, and another is a brand new acquisition.

As a side note. I believe my boys would call that "Dad's scary face" Yoda's hand out, eyes and head slanted, about to tell them, "I've had enough. Get ready for bed now!"

I created a non-nude version the spoof of Bouguereau's academic piece Adoration highlighting Yoda's presence through pseudo-sepia representation of the other subjects:
