You see, Squeegie was supposed to have been my cat. "The Ghost of Daisy" and all that. But nooooooo - she goes and bonds with my wife, and my wife with her. So there I was, left cleaning the litter box. |

Look at the freaking mits on him! And I'd forgotten how soft a Maine Coon was - not quite Bengal soft, but nearly as luxurious. And he stands just like a Maine Coon too. Its so funny having one back in the house again - so very different from Squeegie. But rather than fight, the two of them entered peace negotiations as soon as they became aware of each other. |

I've never seen a cat acclimate so quickly to new surroundings. I take this as a sign that Marko Ramius is an awesome cat, and that we're going to have a great partnership he and I. Marko Ramius was born in 2008, so I hope this means we have many, many years together. He kinda makes me miss my Daisy though, too. But that's not all bad. |
