I'm really looking forward to hearing the variation on the Will/Laura theme heard in "Unfinished Business" (probably 'First Night,' as the Adama in 'Adama Falls' is probably Lee).
Speaking of which, I hope that 'Admiral and Commander' contains the variation on "Wander My Friends" heard as they part. Hearing that piece of music at that time clued me into what Lee was thinking right then and there.
'Battlestar Sonatica' must the the Base Star theme.

Still, there are always lots of surprising goodies in the albums, so I'm sure my new favorites will change many times prior to solidifying.
I'll try to get another signed copy from La La Land. I've been checking daily (the email is generally a day behind the announcement) and I'll post again the moment something pops up so everyone can take advantage of the offer if they so choose.

The Season One album had some great moments, but the Season Two disc was one of the best put together albums of this type I've ever come across; the suite format is very effective and the programming was excellent. And the music evolves and develops; something like "Prelude To War" wouldn't have worked in the first season. I'm really looking forward to Season Three, as I think the show's musical voice has flourished at the same time as McCreary's album production skills have.
I agree... there are still moments that come out and hit me from the previous albums, whether it be the intensity of "Battle on the Asteroid" or the menacing stillness of "Something Dark is Coming."

*gigglesnort* It would be interesting if they decided to relase a disc that had it's own player. I wonder how many people would buy it for the novelty of the thing.
P.S. I haven't forgotten about our discussion I've just been so damned busy that I see myself comming back while I'm going.

Sounds like something Sony would do.

If this means your suggesting that I stop making plans to listen to it, you can go fuck yourself. Furthermore, there's nothing you can do to prevent me from doing so.
If it means that you have to plans to (it) - listening implied; I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.
If it means you have no plans to listen to it yourself, I appreciated the effort it took you to go out of your way to inform me of decision.
Thank you.
