Came home this evening to grill an entire bag of boneless chicken strips. I cleaned the grill, sprayed it down with 'Pam for Grills' and lit it. As it was heating I readied the chicken, and prepared a packet of smoke-pellets. I carried the chicken out and the grill...was out. No gas. My spare remains empty.
So, I did what anyone would do.
I poured a some vegetable oil in a frying pan, beat the shit out of two eggs and poured them into a shallow plate, crushed an entire tube of Ritz crackers and dumped that into a bowl addding basil, oregeno, garlic and a wee-bit of cilantro then ground some pepper over it and a dash of sea salt from my palm. Voila!
It was so good, I ate until it hurt.
celtmanx just sent me these pics of his cat Q and my cat (now his cat *sigh*) Mleko:

I was thinking that I wanted to get a kitten after I get married. I think I shall. Besides, with Alice gone Az will need someone to play with.

Pretty cats. I can't wait to get kittens (and I am going to after I move, yay!).

Yes, Q is a unique cat, and Mleko has some emotional issues - but they are both wonderful, loving cats. I miss them both. Yay on getting kitties when you move!
