Its been 14-months since I stopped P90X. Working from home full time (amongst other things) has caused me to gain back approximately half the weight I lost - 25lbs.
When we first got to Newton I started walking daily, between half an hour and a hour a day, which apparently is just enough to not get any fatter. So now, we're back on "Week One" and its noticeably and immediately working. How do I know?

The funny thing is I get motivated and make it through week one. Then I put it off for three weeks and start over at week one again...
Way to go!
