Very cool shots sir,
Are you on a road trip?
If so, have fun...

Cheers!

I am on vacation. Two weeks without children, and my blackberry turned to the "off" position. I haven't had a "vacation" (many statcations mind you) of this caliber since 1999.

Thank you sir, I sure plan to.

What a fantastic use of the fish eye! I was going to laud you over the use in the top picture, but I think you've really outdone yourself in the third. I'm curious to know how much post processing was involved in making the presented image.

Is it bad for to ask a photographer how he got his final piece? Is it on par with asking a magician to explain how his tricks work?

A god amongst men.

You compel me to go find something to shoot.

Well thank you sir! But I did have to leave my home in order to find something new to shoot.

The post was simply a Photomatix tone mapping using my three HDR images (one shot normal, one shot two steps down, one shot two steps up) then toyed with in Photoshop with tone, color balance and contrast.

Some photographers blank the EXIM info from their shots before the post them, others leave them. And as I'm *really* not a photographer, I don't know! So I don't mind telling you anything :P

Having seen this unique church with my own eyes, I can vouch for the fact that you've captured its character perfectly.

Stunning photos! I will never get over how breathtaking, and gorgeous, the New Mexico sky looks in comparison to other places I've been in the world. (Not that many, but still...)
