Going to sleep all hopped-up on Vicodin is interesting not because of the depth of dreams it gives me, rather, that it masks them as memories. I now have memories of activities which never took place, and people I never knew.

The best part of my day? Uninstalling the Opera web browser and replacing it with Safari Beta 3. Much better. Thanks for the tip, [livejournal.com profile] drax0r

I have tried Firefox. I ran it concurrently with IE and Opera. Opera won out. It's a better product.

Furthermore, the first thing I plan to do when I get my Mac is install Opera. I don't give a rat's ass about Safari.

I'm sorry you're of the old school and things like tabbed browsing and caching confuse you.

That's a fantastic idea! And now that Apple is selling their Mac's on x86 architecture, you could blow away that pesky OSX and install Windows on it! What a smart guy you are!

No, I want a browswer that works. The only one that I've had any luck across platforms with without being clunky or a plugin whore is Opera.

Thank you for your patience concerning this issue.

They all work. Some are just more feature-rich than others, and some have less security holes.

"Clunky" is a matter of perspective.

I was impressed that Opera listed Sparc Linux as a supported platform.

Your point being?

I found something that impressed me about Opera. How could you miss that?

I thought you were mocking them for calling Solaris a Linux distro instead of considering it a Unix OS. Either way, I'm going to have to kick your ass when I come to Texas for comparing Opera to IE.

Opera has none of the security flaws of IE and yet it has more features. Yes, Mozilla/Firefox maybe open source and have some cool features, but I'm sorry, Opera is a lighter weight, more fault-tolerant, less faulty browser.

Period.

And when you get to Texas, I'll show you how it rendered the Anna Texas Forum exactly like IE did, all busted-assed, and then I'll show you how Firefox and Safari don't. When I'm done, you can take your light-weight, more fault-tolerant browser, and shove it straight up your ass.

Did you ever consider the fact that the Anna TX forums were bu$ted a$$ $hit?
