What Time?

One time while I was still in grade school I woke up in the morning fully rested, got out of bed, got dressed, roused my brother from his slumber, set out breakfast on the table, went back into the bedroom to drag my brother to the table, ate breakfast - frustrated at my brother's lethargy - then gathered my backpack for school, only to find my brother nearly comatose still sitting at the kitchen table. I got him standing, went back into the living room only to discover it was 0200 not 0800, which explained my brother's behavior.

Fast forward 40 years and I awoke this morning, squinted at the clock, and saw that it was 0700. I started my morning routine - surprised that Gabs was still awake and streaming, curious that several people had posted on FB "an hour ago" and put on my glasses. That's when I noticed it was 0045. I'd been asleep for only 90-minutes.

Apparently that was one hell of a dream.
