I've gotten where I am today with equal parts of working hard and maintaining a good attitude. Most of my assignments and subsequent promotions weren't due to my vast amount of knowledge. On the contrary, due to maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace under a variety of conditions.
If I were just a dick to everyone, I'd likely be delivering pizza's for a living.
