I am nearly 100% effective again. I'm still creating new operating systems as the need arises, and I have a couple I haven't completed, but so far, between work and...well, work its all getting done. Being "on" 24x7 gets tiring, but once the newness wears off I'm sure that will mutate into pure productivity.
