Imagine a three dimensional cube or sphere whose many components are interlaced like a complex puzzle. That's how I see our emotional core. They're right your "anger" could be a coping mechanism which is preventing you from resolving an internal dilemma. That could be a good thing as you're accepting a few other changes first. Nothing worthwhile is easy. So were the enchiladas any good?
