I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this graphic! Perfect representation of the shades of gray that occur in every issue. And the tactic some use ~
jumping to the conclusion that if you do not agree wholeheartedly with the discussion point then you must believe the opposite ~ in an attempt to win the argument rather than trying to understand.

I may ask to borrow it some time. :-)

I find it completely mind-boggling to find myself in a conversation with someone who uses this tactic.

For example:

Me: I think marijuana ought to be legalized.

Idiot: And I suppose you think we ought to let murderers out of jail too?
