I missed it, sorry. Last week was a rough one. I had to let five of my employees go due to customer cuts to our contract. Not a fun time and was working extra hours cleaning all that up.

The rifle is the first weapon you learn how to use, because it lets you keep your distance from the client. The closer you get to being a pro, the closer you can get to the client. The knife, for example, is the last thing you learn.

While always entertaining and thought provoking I learned some time ago that not everything [livejournal.com profile] ehowton says is to be taken seriously.

In my experience sometimes it is indeed to late.
