drax0r has researched it further, and based on the information he's provided me, if and when I do this again, I'll be taking vitamin supplements. Apparently those three ingredients don't actually supply everything you need, so I'd take those as well if I were you.

And yes, I bet you do - All the Maple Syrup I bought came from Canada!!!
