I have got TWO count them, TWO solutions for you.
1) Take your 6560 and your 3120 Nokia to your local company owned Cingular Wireless store and pay $5.00 to have your contacts transferred.
2) Bring yourself and your phones to Fort Worth and I will do it for free.
