Liquorice Altoids

I bought a tin of licorice Altoids before I left Texas, but they got lost in the shuffle. Last night, they were found.

Today, I popped two - and had an immediate and overwhelming desire to drink absinthe and roll around on the carpet completely naked.

Who's with me?

I love licorice flavored stuff... Ouzo, Jägermeister, Absinthe, etc. I'm not opposed to rolling around on the carpet in the buff, either. Especially when the weather's as nice as it is today.

I'm that person everyone gives their black licorice flavored jelly beans to.

BTW, I like the layout. It's more "calming."

Yes well, my clone is into ouzo (and yes, I remember your "filmstrip" of ouzo drinking :D), my wife is into sambuca, but I've never really appreciated the anise until I had absinthe.

And thank you. After Taos, I felt more calm.

I'm out of ouzo, unfortunately. :C I may have some squirreled away in a sampler bottle somewhere. I've got some cheap Irish whiskey, but that's jut not the same.

I've always been one of those weirdo "I-like-licorice-flavor" people.

And I've got half a bottle of 18-year-old Macallan. But don't tell anyone.

Growing up in Dallas with my great-grandfather introduced me to horehound candy as a kid. Have you ever had that?

*JEALOUS*

I have never heard of that.
