I've only started my research on the subject recently following the death of Saint Michael Jackson. I've read some of his single malt articles and was shocked that I had yet to learn more about it. And immediately decided to remedy the situation.

Being a home brewer, I find all historical and fermenting related information extraordinarily interesting.
